Once you "submit" this, you will be directed to the page where you can select the number of WALKERS and the number of EXTRA T-SHIRTS. After that, you will then be directed to the Google Checkout page where you can enter your CREDIT CARD information. If you are a TEAM (10+ walkers), please fill-out this TEAM REGISTRATION in addition to the below info!

* = $35 Family Registration for immediate household members - includes walk for all and shirts up to 4 shirts.(Additional shirts are available for $5 each)

** = $100 Team Registration - 10 team members - includes walk and t-shirt.
