PDSSN
Community Support Grants - effective January 1,
2008
PDSSN has established a Community Support Grant
program to support local events that highlight and
support the mission of PDSSN. Grants will be awarded
at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Priority
will be given to Non-profit organizations whose
activities meet the mission of the PDSSN.
Beginning
January 1, 2008, funding will be available as follows:

Application Process:
Those
meeting the eligibility requirements set forth
will need to fill out the Charity Grant Application
Form, posted on the website, and submit to the
PDSSN Board prior to February 1st.
Applications
will be reviewed by the PDSSN board. A consensus
approval agreement between board members must
be reached for the grant application to be approved.
Discussions of the grants must take place at a
PDSSN board meeting. Board members not able to
be present at the meeting can submit their comments
via email to the board prior to the board
meeting.
A
summary report will be required at the end of
the period and prior to any future consideration
for renewal. Summary should indicate the program
accomplish- ments in terms of event attendance,
community outreach success etc. This summary report
shall be no more than one page in length and can
be submitted via email or written letter.
Approval
notification will be communicated by the Grant
Administrator via email or written letter.
